In honor of...

... the papal visit and his tricked out ride, I give an homage to a few of my favorite mobiles:

Batmobile -- one word: shields

Tourmobile -- terrible to be in the opposite turning lane, but a good lazy man's way to see our fair city (2nd only to the night bus tour that offers views of the "pharmacazutical" building and the "reflector spool", per a driver that clearly traveled with a flask)

Playmobil -- the nerd version of Fisher Price

Mobile, Alabama -- 1997's 74th best place to live, out of 100, in Money Magazine
all things Calder -- because I love having an artist I can recognize on sight, vs. Monet, Manet, Tippy Tippy Day Day






One day of banged up traffic down, one to go.
